The HWS2235-WCT Water-cooled High Temperature EMAT from Sonemat is designed to deliver accurate, non-contact inspections on high-temperature components. With a built-in water-cooling mechanism, this EMAT maintains stable internal temperatures, enabling effective performance on surfaces as hot as 1000°C. Operating with a broadband frequency around 3-5 MHz, it provides exceptional sensitivity for thickness gauging, corrosion monitoring, and flaw detection in critical industrial components. Compatible with Sonemat’s GS2020 adaptor and PR5000/PR5020 systems, the HWS2235-WCT offers flexible, high-performance inspection capabilities for demanding environments.
