The HWS2225-HT High Temperature Shear Wave EMAT by Sonemat is engineered for precision non-destructive testing (NDT) in high-temperature environments. Capable of operating up to 200°C without active cooling, this EMAT employs high-temperature adhesives and a durable magnet to ensure stability and signal integrity. Optimized for 3-5 MHz operation, it is suited for applications such as thickness gauging, corrosion monitoring, and acoustic birefringence measurements. Its compact design includes an integrated K-type thermocouple for real-time temperature monitoring.
